School pressures
Space to talk about school, expectations and things that feel difficult.
Feel heard. Feel understood. Find your way.
Talk to JulesI also provide counselling and support for children and young people, creating a safe and welcoming space where they can feel heard and understood. With many years of experience working with 4–11-year-olds, and qualifications to support older children too, I’ve helped young people navigate a wide range of challenges, including school pressures, friendships, family changes, and experiences of grief.
My approach is gentle and tailored to each child, helping them explore their feelings, build confidence, and develop coping skills.
Space to talk about school, expectations and things that feel difficult.
Support with friendship changes, belonging and navigating relationships.
A place to explore feelings around changes at home and within the family.
Gentle support when a child is trying to make sense of a loss.
Help to explore and express emotions, and find ways of coping.
Encouragement to recognise their strengths and feel valued for who they are.
Providing support at this stage can have a lasting impact, as the tools and strategies children learn can help them navigate challenges throughout their teenage years and into adulthood. I aim to help young people feel valued, supported, and empowered, giving them a strong foundation to grow into resilient, self-aware adults.
I have also had the privilege of supporting schools in Malawi, sharing my pastoral and counselling skills to help build nurturing, supportive environments for children and staff.
Whatever has brought you here, you are very welcome.
